SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Shipping & Delivery

Fairdeal offers free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days, depending on the delivery location. Delhi/NCR orders are usually delivered within 3 days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an AWB/tracking number via SMS, email or phone from our shipping partner. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes.

  • ₹150 COD fee on sale orders
  • COD charges are non-refundable.
  • COD orders may be confirmed by phone before dispatch.
  • If COD is unavailable for your pin code, our team will contact you for an alternative payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, provided they have not already been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only and do not offer international or express shipping.

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by public holidays, festivals, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made online, you may request an exchange within 10 days of delivery.

Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Products purchased during an End of Season Sale (EOSS), clearance or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Fairdeal offers one free exchange per order, with the shipping cost for the first exchange borne by us. A maximum of two exchanges per order is permitted. In case of a second exchange, the applicable shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

All exchanges are subject to a quality inspection once the product is received by us. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn and in saleable condition.
  • Be returned in its original box and packaging.
  • Be free from any marks, stains, scratches or damage.
  • Not have been washed, polished, altered or modified in any way.

We recommend trying footwear only on a clean, smooth indoor surface to avoid marking the sole or heel. Fairdeal reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.
